What is the idea?

Infrastructure layer that issues leash-limited virtual credit cards to AI agents so they can complete purchases autonomously.

Who would use it, and what do they get?

What it unlocks for civilians: an agent with a spend-capped card that actually finishes the errand — cancel, re-book, pay.

What is missing today?

Payment was the last blocked step between 'agent that recommends' and 'agent that finishes the errand'.

What makes this one different?

Not to build — the signal: consumer agents that cancel forgotten subscriptions, re-book the cheaper fare, or pay the recurring bill just became technically closeable end-to-end.

What could kill it?

Trust and liability are unresolved — one wrong charge by an agent erases a year of goodwill; and the rails belong to issuers and platform owners who can ship this natively.

Who pays, and for what?

— (capability signal)

What is the main risk?

— (not a build candidate)

How much work is it?

not a build — logged as a capability signal
