Everything on sale is inspiration and asset packs; nothing takes the actual wall, the actual leftover card stock and the children's own drawings and returns something you can just cut out and stick up.
What is the idea?
Photograph the wall. Say the theme. Tick off what is actually left in the store cupboard — card stock colours, crepe paper, old newspaper, foam board — and upload five drawings the children made this week. It returns a layout at the wall's real dimensions, then the thing nobody else gives you: A4 pages you can print and cut, every element marked with its real size, with cut lines, a paste-order diagram, and one line of caption copy for each corner of the room.
Who would use it, and what do they get?
The user is a kindergarten or early-primary teacher, not a developer; what she walks away with is a printed, cut-ready wall display and the caption copy that goes with it.
Why would anyone bother?
This is graded work with a deadline and no budget. A director walks past and scores it; visiting teachers photograph it; parents compare it at open house. Chinese kindergarten teachers post about staying late and coming in at weekends for it, and American teachers get a monthly rubric grade on the same task. The hours go into deciding what to make and cutting it out — which is exactly the part a design tool could hand over finished.
What is missing today?
Both markets sell the same wrong thing: assets. Chinese apps (幼师易创, 童绘, 幼师口袋, OurTeacher) advertise 'a full set of materials ready before term starts'; on the English side Teachers Pay Teachers sells decor bundles. A first-year teacher's own words: she paid $40 for a bundle she cannot use without an extra $9.00/month subscription to software she has not been literate in since 2012. And nobody designs for the physical reality — the school has no colour printer, and a print shop quoted $130. No product starts from this wall, these leftovers, these drawings and ends at pages you can cut.
What makes this one different?
Sell to the teacher, not to the kindergarten — every existing tool that reaches the institution is a management SaaS bought by the director. Guarantee the two things the asset packs ignore: real-size A4 tiling with cut lines, and legibility when printed in black and white (line and negative space, not big colour fills). Put the children's own drawings in the layout so the result cannot be generic. It designs against constraints instead of supplying inspiration: your wall's measurements, your leftovers, your children's drawings, and a black-and-white printer.
What could kill it?
环创 is judged on looking impressive and on out-doing the classroom next door, so anything that looks machine-generic loses on the only axis that is scored. The real bottleneck may also be the three hours of cutting and gluing, not the half hour of designing — in which case this saves the wrong step. Finished decor kits already sell cheaply on 1688 and Pinduoduo and on TPT, and school budgets buy those. And the demand is not stable: under the same post, 481 likes went to a teacher saying her director banned the whole practice as a waste of time better spent on the children.
Who pays, and for what?
The person who pays is the teacher herself, out of her own pocket, the way she already pays for 幼师易创 and TPT bundles — and what she is buying is the evening back. A design that survives the director's walk-past, printable on the black-and-white machine in the staff room.
