Who would use it, and what do they get?
Someone learning a specific song alone; the deliverable is a tab they can play from tonight.
What is missing today?
Ultimate Guitar is a library of tabs that already exist; if it is not in the library it does not exist. Yet in most lesson videos the tab is right there in the picture and the sound — nobody takes it out.
What makes this one different?
Only do the one video the user already found; hand back a tab that explicitly marks the bars the machine is unsure of, so a friend who plays can fix twelve of them in five minutes instead of transcribing from zero. Never host audio. Cold start (Chinese): 「求谱」 comments under B站 guitar covers; (English): the 'anyone have a tab for this' posts in r/guitarlessons.
What could kill it?
Copyright is the fatal line here: Ultimate Guitar survives on community uploads plus a takedown process, and a lone tool has neither. And the moment a learner hears that the auto-transcription is wrong, they never open it again.
